A male motorcycle repair shop owner fights with an attractive male client. The client comes back for more. When an ex schemes to break them apart, can their new love survive?

Jaime Hadler was raised with the confidence he needed to be whoever he wants and to do what he loves. He’s worked hard to build a successful motorcycle repair business. Now he’s ready to hit the skate park more and looking for a special someone to share his life with. The alluring jerk that just came into his shop couldn’t be that guy, could he?

Kaiden Visser is merely surviving after enduring a painful miscarriage that destroyed his relationship with his girlfriend. After almost killing a man who threw slurs at him, he’s sworn off any potential gay relationships. But Jaime stirs something primal in him.

When Kaiden needs a mod for a new motorcycle, Jaime is excited to meet him. But the work leaves a stray screw. They have a heated argument that continues under the influence of alcohol at the local bar and explodes into a bathroom encounter. Jaime’s sure he’ll never see Kaiden again, but neither of them can get the powerful chemistry out of their minds. When they finally give in and try dating, Kaiden’s ex-girlfriend has other plans. How do Jaime and Kaiden fight to keep the love that they’ve started?

Catching His Fire is the fifth and final novel in the Mesa Boys series. It is an enemies-to-lovers, hurt/comfort romance with an HEA and no cliffhangers. It features a light-hearted skater, motorcycles, and a serious man who needs someone to show him how to live again. Each book features a different couple and can be read as a standalone or as part of the series in order.

Trigger Warnings: Miscarriage – there is a passage in this book where one of the characters describes in detail his experience with an early, second-trimester miscarriage, but the miscarriage is a past event. There is also the death of an absent parent.
